Maria Gaines
Bookkeeper, Notary Signing Agent
I’m Maria— your virtual bookkeeper, remote online notary, and loan signing agent.
I’m a working mom to 4 beautiful children, a police and firefighter wife, and a lover of sunflowers and sunshine.
If I’m not working you’ll likely find me at Target, chasing my little ones around, camping, or exploring this beautiful state we call home.
I’m excited to help you with all your notary needs, and work with you to achieve all your bookkeeping goals!
Alyssa Riggins
Bookkeeper
Alyssa Riggins was born and raised in New Mexico. She graduated from Central New Mexico Community College with an AAS in Business Administration. While working on her degree, she began her career as an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper for a local Accountant. She has over six years of bookkeeping experience and qualifications such as QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
When not working, you can find her cooking and enjoying time with her fur baby, Onyx.
Yael Yisrael
Bookkeeper
Hi, my name is Yael Yisrael. I’m from Wasilla, Alaska and I am a bookkeeper with Polar Books & Notary. I joined Polar Books after I completed my AAS in accounting from Ilisagvik College in 2023. My professional goal for the coming future is to continue my education and gain more knowledge that I can share with my clients, through obtaining my BA in Accounting and CPA certification.
If the sun is shining and I’m not in the office clacking away on my keyboard, you can find me out adventuring with my Boyfriend, Son, and our dog. When it is rainy or cold out, you’ll most likely find me curled up at home hiding from those three, with my nose in a book or vegged out watching movies.
